So I want to start off apologizing for my lack of knowledge, but I need help! I recently bought a theme, and some plugins it came with. I tried activating one of the plugins (Roksprocket), and my entire site goes blank except for the navigation bar. I was told to make sure MySQL PDO driver was enabled on the server. He told me to edit the php.ini file and uncomment this line: “extension=php_pdo_mysql.dll” I then talked to the guy who set up the hosting and everything, and we could not locate that extension line. Does anybody know what this is, and can anybody explain how to fix this issue in laymen’s terms? haha Thanks for your help guys!
