Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/php/extensions/php_xslt.dll' Access is denied

Hi guys/girls,

I’ve got this issue coming all of a sudden at one of the servers I support. I’m not PHP oriented and I suspect this isn’t really PHP but Windows issue. However I need your help/advice on the following:

system log is full of

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Application Popup
Event Category: None
Event ID: 26
Date: 01/09/2011
Time: 10:26:08
User: N/A
Computer: ABCD
Description:
Application popup: Warning : Unable to load dynamic library ‘c:/php/extensions/php_xslt.dll’ - Access is denied.

application log is error free

PHP version is 4.2.1

server is running IIS5 on W2000Server <- this is by purpose

I would appreciate any hints. please ask me question if you need and I’ll answer if I know.

Follow This steps to solve your problem.

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Event Viewer.
3. Click the System Log file, or the log file on your computer that is full.
4. On the Action menu, click Save Log File As.
5. In the Save In box, click the folder where you want to save the log file, type a name for your log file in the File Name box, and then click Save.
6. On the Action menu, click Clear All Events, and then close Event Viewer.
7. Close Control Panel.
