I am having trouble accessing phpmyadmin/sqlbuddy and am getting a forbidden error. what is causing this, how can I fix this? Thanks! 
403 is similar to a 404… Here is a link that describes it. I don’t think it is a PHP problem. It sounds like you either did not type the correct page or you have locked read permission for that page. Check this link and let us know…

I fixed it I had installed X.X.10.1 and it changed the file to that and I had to change it back because I deleted it. Thanks.
