I have to be able to search vor Names on my website but ihave no idea how to do it.
i have an extern txt file with names and a php/html document which puts all the names in a table.
Well, we can help, but, we need more information. You have a text file? It has some names in it? What format is the text file in? Is it just a list of names or other info? If you already have a PHP file that puts names into a table, then you already have the PHP code to read the file. Just load them into an array and search the array. That is not hard to do.
