Rd-mailform.php stopped working

Low skills newbie here, conscripted as the IT dept of a 4 person office.
We launched a website about a year ago that I had created from a monster template. It has a contact form using rd-mailform.php. It was working when we launched but recently we have found it is not working. Last time it was working for sure was November. It is very low volume, a local appraisal company.

The webhost (a local mom&pop) said he could not help debugging the script and I have only the most rudimentary knowledge of the coding involved.

If someone could point me in the right direction, I will appreciate it.

When you say “we have found it is not working” - Can you send any error information from the console or any further descriptive information as to what happens when you attempt to send the contact form?

I’ll work on that - as I say conscripted to IT.
It will take a day but I’ll get some real info. If I go to the site from a non-office computer and try to send the form - it gives me a sending pop up but never finishes.

I will get real data on what’s going on.
