I’m having trouble installing PHP onto my computer. I have followed the directions (to the best of my ability) but can’t seem to get it working. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,

It would be a great help if you can describe what error messages are you getting, if any, and what PHP engine you’re using (WAMP or XAMPP?).
By the way, if you have successfully installed PHP but can’t seem to get it working (unable to start HTTP service, and anything of that sort), may be there’s a conflicting program installed on your workstation. Xampp, for instance, conflicts with Skype…MySQL center conflicts with WAMP…
