I want to see if referer isset or is not empty,
How i can do that with htaccess?because i want to forbidd if isset referer than do something,i dont want to write if isset referer from my domain,i just want to do if isset referer?i must to put that code in htaccess,thats i want?

You want to forbid what? isset and is_empty are not things in htaccess. So if you want to do something like that, what is it you are typing to keep from happening?
