for the above given form i want code in php, which i started learning from 4 days back and came to know little bit about variables, and was able to design php contact form then little bit about arrays. basically i deal with PS and html, css. this is very new to me and exited to learn it. but due to shortage of time , i am in need of help urgently. please do help me.
i need to code it in php, where when user posts values in the above form, if the values of all the questions considered and if d value is >=2 it should echo the statement given by me.
