I have a major problem with PHP and MySQL config, please can someone help?
System: PHP5.2.8, Apache Server2.0, MySQL5.5
Problem: Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect()
I know PHP is working as the scripts work.
I have edited the php.ini located in C:\Windows\ to enable the php_mysql.dll extension. I have copied the php_mysql.dll extension to c:\Windows\System, c:\Windows\System32, just about anywhere php maybe lurking in my Windows XP Pro system.
I have restarted Apache Server / Windows more times than care to remember. Still no joy!
Please can anyone help with this most frustrating issue?
