how to create mysqli insert-into-table query code from create-table code

Is there a way to create mysqli insert-into-table code from create-table code?
I’ve exported create table code from phpMyAdmin and need to make a insert-into-table script from it.
Is this possible? If so, how?

Thanks for any help.

here’s the script:
CREATE TABLE PaypalOrders_3 (
id int(10) unsigned NOT NULL auto_increment,
amount varchar(6) default NULL,
item_name varchar(24) default NULL,
email varchar(40) default NULL,
first_name varchar(20) NOT NULL default ‘’,
last_name varchar(40) NOT NULL default ‘’,
address1 varchar(100) default NULL,
address2 varchar(100) default NULL,
city varchar(50) default NULL,
state varchar(6) default NULL,
zip varchar(12) default NULL,
country varchar(6) default NULL,
mc_gross varchar(6) default NULL,
mc_fee varchar(6) default NULL,
tax varchar(6) default NULL,
invoiceNo varchar(20) default NULL,
payment_date varchar(20) default NULL,
s_h varchar(6) default NULL,
affiliation varchar(40) default NULL,
e_anncmnt char(3) default NULL,
USIT_txt enum(‘True’,‘False’) default ‘False’,
updated timestamp NOT NULL default CURRENT_TIMESTAMP on update CURRENT_TIMESTAMP,
created timestamp NOT NULL default ‘0000-00-00 00:00:00’,
PRIMARY KEY (id)
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1 AUTO_INCREMENT=1 ;
I use MySQL Workbench and you can just right click on the table and create the insert script.

You can do it by hand it’s not hard, just full in the rest below.
INSERT INTO PaypalOrders_3
(id,
amount,
item_name,
...,
VALUES
($id, $amount, $item_name, …);
Thanks Topcoder,
I shall try it immediately.
