Drop Down that will cause a pdf to be displayed

Not sure how to do this but I tried php and couldn’t get it to work on my server - reason unknown. Here is the code I have so far. I am sure it is not right from a javascript standpoint. Can someone help thanks

I honestly don’t know NoSQL, but this line is incorrect:

= is for assignment, == is for comparison. It is also missing parentheses for the expression.
