Hello!
I’m new to this forum as of yesterday. I’ve already posted a topic asking for PHP help not realizing there is a ‘Greetings’ section.
So, I think it’s about time I introduce myself.
The name’s Abby and I’m fairly new to PHP. I know just about all of the in’s and out’s of HTML and CSS and that’s about it - maybe a little bit of Javascript and PHP…not much at all. I’ve been using Wordpress for a few years, and that has taught me some aspects of PHP already, but mostly it just confused the heck outta me. So now I’m taking on a pretty big website project…I’m making a browser based online game. It’s more of just a personal learning project than anything else.
So, I knew I would need to join a PHP help forum to help work myself through the kinks!
Oh, and just a funny tidbit…I’ve been making webpages since I was like…11 years old-ish. I’ve been using PHP includes all along…never realizing I was even using PHP. I always just copied and pasted it thinking…well, this works! haha
